To get an invisible name on Discord, please follow these steps;
Step 1: Open the Discord app on your PC or use a browser-based app. Then click on the ‘Gear’ icon.
Step 2: Now click on My account > Edit.
Step 3: Now copy the special character and paste it.

To copy it, select the special character using a mouse and press Ctrl +C, just like any other text. Don’t worry, if not selected. It is invisible so, it won’t be selected by curser.
Step 4: Enter your password to apply changes and then click on Done.
