Solution 1: Stopping the igfxEm process
igfxEM.exe is an Intel Common User Interface developed by Intel Corporation, comes preinstalled on Windows 10 Microsoft and drivers for running of graphic cards. It is a medium between the Intel Graphics and the user.
igfxEM is an Intel Graphics Executable Main Module and comes with a digital signature signed. You can view the file in this location – (C:\\Windows\System32\igdxEm.exe). Now according to many users, restarting the igfxEM.exe service will fix Steam Missing File Privileges windows 10 issue. It is ok to disable and restart the service, as it won’t affect your PC.
Step 1- Press Windows + R and type “taskmgr” for task manager.
