Wacom Tablets are one of the most popular and high-end tablets. Wacom also offers other accessories for designers, editors, and people who like to use Pen with Tablets. Now, this Wacom Pen is working fine but sometimes it stopped working. There are somany reasons behind this Wacom Pen Not Working issue with Windows 10.
Wacom Pen doesn’t work on many applications on Windows 10. You cannot use the Wacom App with Adobe Photoshop or MS Paint. As we mentioned earlier, there are many possible reasons including faulty Windows Updates, Bad Drivers, No Updated OS and many more.
Fix Wacom Pen Not Working Windows 10
Sometimes your cable or USB isn’t working, in which case you have to figure out if there is an issue with a USB port or not. Before applying any solution, first, try to inserting any new tip and then check if it is working fine or not. If it is not working, then the issue is with your tablet, not a stylus. Here are some reasons.
Method 1: Reconnect Wacom tablet with Windows 10
1. First, remove your Wacom Tablet from your Windows 10 Computer.
2. Now once removed safely, reboot Windows 10.
3. Wait for sometime and then try to reconnect your Wacom Tablet with your computer.
Method 2: Install the correct Wacom pen driver
Make sure that you are using the latest version of Wacom pen driver for Windows 10. If not then go to Wacom Website and Download the latest Wacom pen driver.
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Find Wacom and Right Click > Uninstall.
Now Go to Download Location and then double click to Install.
Once Drivers installed, use your Wacom Pen and see if it is working fine or not.
You can also use Driver Update Tools to Automatically Download and install or Update Old Drivers.
Method 3: Restart Wacom services
If above both methods are not working for you then try this method.
1. Press Win + R and then type services.msc in the box > Enter.
2. Find Wacom Services and then right-click > Restart.
Restart all the other services including Wacom Profession Service, Wacom Consumer Service, and TabletServiceWacom.
